... except for Yuffie and the geckos, because they were un-cooperative.

I decided to practice shooting more with my 50mm f/1.8, namely with the ferrets, which was a ridiculous challenge.

First, some Finnegans...

This pic would be great if he wasn't slouching. He was exhausted, haha.

A few of Miss Freya.

Lemme up!

Then, I brought Porom out and the first thing she does is roll around in the grass and dirt. Silly girl loves her dirt.

<3

Lastly Barrett, who thinks this heat can go screw itself and winter can come aaaaanytime.

And a bonus photo of June Bug on one of her favourite perches. She always sits like that with the one paw down.

All done!

So true. I love when June falls over or mis-attempts something, and always has such a graceful recovery. "I meant to do that."

Barrett and the girls are polar opposites in weather preferences. The girls LOVE summer. The hotter it is, the longer they want to stay outside. They were out for about 20 minutes each during those photo sessions, digging in the dirt, rolling through the grass and hopping around the yard, A grand old time.

Barrett kept crawling into my lap, acted as if he was tortured when I placed him in the grass, and lasted a grand total of five minutes. :rofl1: Come winter and snow, that will be reversed. The girls won't last five minutes, and I'll have to drag big fat fluffy Barrett inside against his will. ;)

Thanks! <3 Barrett actually has a minor blackhead issue on his tail (first Porom, now him) but this time I caught it early and he's on the mend... still has a half-bald tailtip though. :rofl1:

The first time that happened to Annie we all FREAKED OUT thinking she had the bad disease  lol
Freya is such a cutie... but of course I have a soft spot in me <3 for Porom :D It wouldn't be because she reminds me so much of Izzy or anything... :p lol
