Actually I believe this is a blue British Shorthair - Russian Blues have green eyes and more slender faces.

British Shorthair (blue color)

or Chartreux.

Russian Blues are long, elegant cats rather than round

A Chartreux is somewhat rounder

The cat you've pictured does look most like a blue British Shorthair.

Notice how the Chartreux' nose isn't quite as smushy? Smushy faced cats have never appealed to me at all for some reason.
