No Bark Collars or other ...

Do you have experience with no bark collars ?
Any recomendations on brand and or how best to use ?
Any recomends on other techniques ?

My sheltie {yes they are considered barkers} pup has seemed to recently increased her barking when scared, playfull, sassy, wanting attention.
