Cornsnakes Update!

A few pictures of everybody! We'll start with the new kids!

Yep, my pair of 2009 Banded Miamis arrived on Tuesday. These are the ones that I won in a photo contest over the Christmas holiday.

I took these pics through the lid of their tubs to try to disturb them as little as possible. I'm going to feed them tomorrow, so hopefully I can get better pics then.

Without further delay, I introduce Tatl and Tael!

Next, we'll update on Una (female 2009 Tessera). She just had her fourth feeding with me Tuesday night, and weighs in at 16g now.

He's freshly shed, too, so he's all purty and orange right now.

I can't wait to see him grow and mature. How big will he get? I don't know much about snakes, but I like them

Adult corns average 4-5 feet in length. Not huge snakes, but by no means little guys, either. I'm looking forward to him reaching full size. I find they are much easier to handle when they have some extra mass to them. LOL!

Thank you! I just can't wait for them to grow up! Especially the 2009's... I want to see their true colors! Lol!

Reggie is already pretty awesome as is, and he's only going to get brighter as he grows.

Yeah, the first half of Reggie's belly is very clean black and white checkers. Further down they become a little more blurry and "rusty", but I certainly don't complain. He's just the neatest guy.
