....is a rottie/shepherd mix. He is about 11 months old. We are told that he gets along well with other dogs and cats. This sounds like a classic story of a good dog stuck in a bad situation. Apparently his owner is now commited in an "institution". I'm not too sure what "kind" of institution it could be. But Cole will be coming to me this coming Saturday. Wish us luck!!

Can't wait to see pics!! :D and here how he's doing!
Not trying to be a negative nit, but the last two dogs I fostered who's owners had to be put into an "institution" were... a little... weird :p  But, he's young! Never hurts to be 'over-prepared' :D

Yup the puppy poopers are gone to their forever homes. Moulson got an awsome home with a young couple who are moving to Stratford Ontario. And Maully lucked out big time. She got a home with 125 acres and another dog to play with!!

New Foster Dog **UPDATE**

Here are the pictures of my new foster Cole. He is a good boy that just needs some direction to help with his lack of manner skills. His face and body looks just like a German Shepherd but with the Rottie markings. He is very dog and people friendly and is good in the car.

****Cole update****

We have found Cole the perfect forever home. The lady that wants to adopt him works from home and has a female German Shepherd that loves to run and play.

I have met her already and she seems like a very good dog owner. You can definately tell that her dog is VERY important to her.

Wow fantastic! That was fast. I am really glad Cole found an awesome home with a GSD to play and romp with. I love happy endings. I hope it stays that way forever!

Oh and Ivy Props for Fostering dogs. I would love to do that someday and hope I get the privilage to foster.

Yay, Ivy! A home for Cole already? Great! Actually, I'm not surprised; if I could possibly shoehorn in another dog, he might have been the one. Just looking at him made me smile!

That's wonderful news! Happy Successful Fostering :) It's almost as good as an UNsuccessful foster, lol!

Maybe you can talk her into joining and keeping us updated on him ;)
AWESOME idea, Renee! What do you think, Ivy, possible? I'd sure like to see more of Cole; I'm very taken with him.
