I shouldn't have to deal with "yours" (general yours, not specific).

I just had to clean up some dog's frozen poo from my sidewalk in front of my house. It was fairly large, so I suspect I know who's it is. I shouldn't have to deal with it, though. It would be one thing if it was just on the lawn or in the snow but it was smeared on the sidewalk.

I agree, you shouldn't have to deal with it. Not only is it gross and rude, it's unsafe and can spread things to other dogs.........sort of like people having unprotected sex. If you think you know who it is, try and keep an eye out to confirm.........then you can always kindly return their property ;)

That's the plan. What's funny is that if it's the people I think it is, it doesn't surprise me one bit. They are the one family on this street that continues to get dogs and have no business having dogs. Their pit mix broke out of their house (bit open the window and crashed through the screen) to attack Xena when she was about 6 months old and their Rottweiler was even worse. They currently have a very pretty Doberman and I always see them walking it up and down the street yelling at it and yanking the leash

 Why is it that the people who DON'T have any business owning dogs at all seem to go for the dogs who are the MOST work? I mean as far as training, socializing, and containment?

A pit mix, a rottie, and now a dobie? BLERGH..........must be they want the "macho" imagery

Yeah, the dad is a "good guy" but he's never there. He's an over the road truck driver. He is divorced and his daughters are left to their own and are all bad seeds. Each one has had trouble with the law and two of the three became teen moms. The person I see walking the dog is new, so I think it's a live in girlfriend.

They are one of two families that I wouldn't shed a tear over if they moved.

Wouldn't they love if Xena pooped on their sidewalk all the time. I just don't understand some people and never will.

That's what I do. My neighbor's dog walks the length of our 70-foot fence, craps in our yard, then walks back to her house. When she does that, I grab a shovel, and pick it up and place it under one of my neighbor's car tires. I tried being polite, I tried being snarky, now I make as big a mess possible of her dog's waste.

Under car tires is nice, but I was thinking more like in front of the door.........that way they either step out the door and in it, or step in it going INSIDE (which would be LOVELY) :rofl1:

Car tires is a good idea, at least they'll think about it next time they have to change a tire :yikes:

Ooooooh, I love the "in front of the door" thing. You have a beautifully nasty mind, Cooper, and I LIKE that in a person! :hail: Though I must say, under the tire is also a lovely thought. :D

Isn't it amazing how the people who are the worst possible dog owners always want to have the biggest, baddest dogs?

i wish more people would pick up. people in my neighborhood are generally really good about it..but it's pretty annoying when they dont. You feed your dog, your dog makes the poop, you pick it up.

GOing to pick up my neighbor's deposit in my yard right now. WHat i hated at the ohter house is I don't let my dogs urinate on the Hosta but when someone else lets their loose dog do so, then my dogs are attracted to that spot and get hollared at.
