Second time now. This time she fell in in an area where she couldn't get herself out because the concrete was too high so she started swimming away from me! In the end I had to wade in after her and everyone around came running up going 'Is she okay?' lol Mia is not the best swimmer it seems.

It terrified her so we ended up having to go home and get her cleaned up. I don't even know what happened. I was standing there and I heard a splash.

I see she isn't a fan of water lol

Glad she's ok.

I had a rabbit fall in our pond because she was eating a piece of grass that was growing in the pond... the grass kept getting shorter and she kept leaning forward until...!! lol

Maybe Summer hip checked her.

LOL, wouldn't put it past Summer.

Mia's problem is she actually LIKES water, just not when she can't touch bottom lol. She also has no fear so doesn't have any problem hanging over the edge. The first time she was trying to catch a duck. This time I think she may have seen a fish.

Does Mia know how to swim? Teaching her how may help her from getting scared again... but then again it may back fire and she'll never get outta the water. LOL

She sort of does. She's swam before but I think this time freaked her out more than anything. I don't really have a place to teach her how to swim though. the lake drops off on all the shores. The small dog pond at the dogpark might work, but she will just wade in chest deep. She hasn't gotten the guts to go all the way yet.
