Just want to introduce myself as a new member here. I have a Japanese Chin named Lola. She is 10 pounds and 2.5 years old. I have had her since she was a year old and recently we have been registered as a therapy dog team. This enables us to visit hospitals, nursing homes and libraries along with anywhere else therapy dogs are welcomed and invited. We always had a family dog growing up and have also had cats. Along with Lola I also have a DSH Tuxedo cat whose name is Mugsy. Mugsy is 16 years old and I have had him since he was a kitten. Lola and him get along great and Mugsy will let Lola clean the top of his head and his ears.

Aaa! Lola is adorable! Welcome to our little family, and congrats on becoming certified as a Therapy Team. BTW- we have a DSH Tuxedo cat, too, named Topper. She just turned 19 in April.
