It's beautiful out here today, so we decided to take the dogs to the park for a few hours. It was the first time since I've had Spring that she was able to try the water out, and she loved it! She won't really swim, but she loves to go in far enough as long as her toes can still feel the bottom. She swam a couple times, but hasn't quite got the hang of it, so she didn't try too many times. But I was glad I finally found something she enjoys more than cuddling, LOL. I also learned today that when something excites her enough (ie: Wubbas & water), she screams. There was a boat out on the river and one guy thought she must've injured herself pretty badly -- I had to explain that Tollers do that when they're excited, and that she was ok. Fortunately he believed me! Anyhow, onto the pictures...

Keira:

Her paw looks strange in this one, but it's fine. She must've just stepped on a rock weirdly.

And here's one of Ripley from Friday night:

That's all!

I would LOVE to hear a recording of the Toller scream :D
I'll try to find my little camera before we go back to the park. It has video capability, but I haven't seen it in a while. You're crazy for actually wanting to hear it though; LOL it's more than irritating... not to mention embarrassing!

Awww. Look at those beautiful, happy, wet girls! :) Amazing pictures... I am so jealous of the action shots, where you can see every single drop of water.

Is that a water wubba or a regular wubba? I got a water wubba, but my friend's dog destroyed it in seconds, and I'm about to buy another (which my friend's dog is not allowed to touch). I didn't know that regular wubbas float!

It's just a regular one. I've thought about getting one that's made for water, though. This one works fine, but it gets a bit heavy because the water gets in, and the squeaker no longer works now that it's been soaked a few times. My girls still like it though!

OMG Tsuki started barking at the Toller screaming vid and Link was looking up at my desk where the noise was. LOL.

Dance and Spring (and Keira!) are looking as beautiful as ever!

Great pics! I am insanely jealous of your water loving dogs. I LOVE the water but my dogs hate it. Hopefully my next will be more into it too. We're at lakes and ponds all the time as well as having a pool. It'd be nice to have dogs that didn't think they melted in water....
