Ugh! Chat Problem!

I can't get into chat either, so does this mean that if I want to that I have to download Firefox??? What a pain in the arse!!!!!!!!! Highly annoying

Yeah, I've continued to try in on Internet Explorer, even with it now updated... still not working. Even though floating chat used to work fine on IE. Now it only works on FireFox.

I cannot use the chat feature at all any more. I quit bothering to try.

But Red, I miss you. Please don't give up!

Yes, the site has gone straight down hill, since it was sold... I am so sorry for that!

Now back to the real world! I will look into the IE/Chat issue and get it resolved.

Ok folks, here's the deal... Sigmat Chat is what we use to have. Apparently, it sold to AddOnChat... AddonChat doesnt work exactly like the sigma did. Go figure. Anyhow, their integration with vbulletin isnt working like you all want. (floating/non-floating/who's on etc.)

I have messaged support twice with no response. So, at this point I am about to say screw the 100 bucks and invest in a different solution.

If you know of a good module, now's your chance. In the unlikely event I hear back from them and can get it working, we will keep what we have, but the floating/non-floating isn't two different pages. It's a button on the main chat page.

It loads normally. Looks normal. However, I can't click on anything to join a room.

Thank you for trying to work on it, I really miss being able to chat here. I can't speak for everyone else but I don't really care what kind of chat as long as we can get together and talk.

Is chat back? I don't see a note anymore that it's being worked on... but now when you click on it nothing comes back up?

I still get the same message, and have the same issue.

It loads in Safari, but not firefox, and there is no one there.

There are still some issues with it. Which is why I am asking if anyone has any new solutions. For some people it works fine, others it doesn't work. That is the problem... And when I message support about our problems and I don't get a response. Well, that tells me it's time to move on... =/
