I'll help you rogue the Tosa, lol! Cracks me up, though, that Canada (I think it's national, correct me if I'm wrong) has a ban on Filas based on Great Britain's ban that classifies them as fighting dogs :rolleyes: and yet allows Tosas.

We have no breed bans here where I live. The worst it gets is higher insurance rates for homeowners who own certain breeds.

I've only met 2 Filas here, they're very rare in Calgary but I've had several Tosa's on my roster. Let's just say that both Fila's were lovely...

Ontario is really suffering the BSL crap but most of my province has not only NOT jumped on the band wagon, but has fought hard to avoid that inexcusable mess.

More and more breed specific rescues are popping up here too so that if it's in the wind again, these rescues can work very closely with our shelters.
