Patorama Page Three Girl - Call Name: Page

Page is staying with us for awhile. I will be showing her for her owner who is a dear friend of mine. Page will also be bred to my boy Tache in November, so we are expecting a litter early next year to be whelped in Maryland at Page's breeders/owners house.

This is Miss Page:

Page is just starting to get coat back in - she did her adolescent coat blow and is getting in her adult coat finally! Gotta love slow maturing lines ;)

Continue to the next post for Bambina :)

(*Grumbles* for whatever reason it thinks I was trying to post 5 pics in the first post when I was only trying to post 3.. *Shakes head*)

Bambina is now 5½ months old. Her first show will be in November.

We are taking Page to a show the 27th and 28th of this Month - Bambina will be attending to get accustomed to show noises. :)

Thank you very much!

Her breeder and I think is is going to be very special as well. In fact her breeder has asked if she could have her back!! LOL.

I weighed her this morning after this post - on an empty stomach she is already 53lbs!

It was very nice of you to notice her.. like we have. :)

Oh my how gorgeous!
Great Pyrs are adorable.
My dad and I fostered one awhile back and she produced enough drool to put a St. Bernard out of business. LOL

It is believed that Great Pyrenees were a foundation for the Golden Retriever. The Pyr dates back as far as 1800BC. So that is probably why you see the similarities. :)

Pyrs aren't really supposed to drool. They are supposed to have tight lips. They may however drool when nervous or after a drink. :)

Thank you guys!!

How did you like fostering the pyr besides the drool? lol

OMG I LOVED fostering Leena.
She was gorgeous, protected my dad, myself, our other dog, even our cat, and our land and horses. We had a mare who had just given birth to a foal about 3 months before we got Leena and she took care of that foal like it was a pup of hers. She loved my cat as well.
She was so smart and loved going places with us. She was joy to have. She made me enjoy and like gaint breed dogs.

Wow thank you very much! We sure are proud to have her here!

I couldn't have asked for a better dog! She is the total package! She has already claimed me as hers and guarding me.

They are beautiful, my friend has a five month old Pyr names Mojo, they are really sweet dogs, of course he is still a puppy but he's funny. Wicked laid back during training though, in a bad way lol but he's smart, just decides it's too much effort and lays down sometimes.

I have a question, when my friend finishes fencing in her yard (not for a while) we were going to do training back there with her dog and my aunt's dog. When I bring phoebe over should Mojo have some sort of formal intro before we go into his yard and let phoebe off leash? Or should he be okay because they know each other?

Page is very pretty, but wow! Bambina is beautiful. She's going to be an outstanding adult, I think.

Thank you all very much!!! :D

I think Mojo and your dog should be fine as long as they are reintroduced on a leash. Being that they already know one another I am sure it won't be an issue. But as I mentioned use the leashes as a test drive. :)
