I don't think he feels comfortable here at all.



Any suggestions on how to make him feel more at home?

Clearly, that posture is a cry for help. He would not have to sleep that way if only you had more pillows there for him! How can you keep a dog like that and not have enough pillows! Or toys. Honestly, he wouldn't have to sleep at all if you would just give the poor dog some toys.
