Well... only reward her when she is calm, basically.
No walking unless she is behaving. Don't open the door until she is sitting/waiting. The second there is tension on the leash during your walk, you freeze, and do not procede until the tension is off and she is looking to you. ("Be a tree")
She has to sit, wait, and look up at you (with her bowl on the floor) before she can eat.
New people should be instructed to turn their backs to her if she boisterously greets them, and only pet her when they call her to them.
