K now question, how do I move on to teach her this when it comes to walks, and dinner time, and trying to get attention from new people in the house, etc.? (In order to get attention, I must not want attention)

Or will she kinda catch on on her own? (wishful thinking, haha)

Well... only reward her when she is calm, basically.

No walking unless she is behaving. Don't open the door until she is sitting/waiting. The second there is tension on the leash during your walk, you freeze, and do not procede until the tension is off and she is looking to you. ("Be a tree")

She has to sit, wait, and look up at you (with her bowl on the floor) before she can eat.

New people should be instructed to turn their backs to her if she boisterously greets them, and only pet her when they call her to them.

It's very hard to "be a tree" with her. She's got the pulling power that if she really wanted to, she could just drag me wherever she wanted to go unfortunately.

Like when another dog passes when we're out for a walk I almost literally have to wrestle with her to keep her from bolting towards the other dog with me being dragged behind.

I did the whole "dog zen" or "it's your choice" with her and it really worked!!! She's being amazing today. She caught on after the 3rd or 4th time I had to close my hand.

And I've been working on making her wait before entering or exiting through door ways (because she's really bad for bolting out of the house as soon as you open the door) and after about 10 minutes I was able to take her leash off and she was still waiting!! YAY!

I took a bunch of pictures today too of me, my brother and my sister with her, I'll post them later after more play time, lol.

That's great! I'm glad she's making progress! :) One trick when you are walking her is to try and maneuver yourself near a light post or something ahead of time if you notice something she may try and pull you towards. That way if she does start pulling and lunging, all you have to do is step around the pole and let the pole do all the work for you. There's no way she can make it budge, and it will save your shoulder. ;)
