She is in a great pet home, where she is the only adored and treasured dog, and that is the most important thing, after all.

Red A friend of mine imported a Borzoi. He went undershot then over shot. By the time he was 18months old he was normal again. Is this a posibility with her?

Wondering the same thing here. Strider was a half inch undershot at first, but now he has a nice scissors bite. It seems like until both the head and jaws are done growing, there is the chance for them to even out. Aren't they inherited separately?

Not generally with Rottweilers. Almost all the time, if one goes under, it does not come back.

I did not see the bite on the puppy, but according to the stud dog owner, it was not just a reverse scissors a little under, it was pretty far gone.

I am certain if there were any chance of it coming back he would have kept her, as nice as she was, and in particular because she was the payment for his (LARGE!) stud fee.

I'm curious to know if the stud owner wants something else now or is it over because he picked the puppy?

I dont know how I would feal. You just never know with puppies. If everything was great when she was picked well I guess its no ones fault, and it sounds like the dog has a great home.

Yeah I would think nothing else is owed but sometimes the other person thinks they should have something.

No, Keith considered the contract fulfilled, and there were no hard feelings. If one agrees to take a puppy for the stud fee, once you take the puppy, the bitch owner's obligations are complete.

He was a very easy person to deal with, and I have absolutely no regrets about doing business with him, or using his dog.
