I can't believe they bred this dog!

I found this dog on Petfinder . . .



"Geeze, sometime people just don't seem to know what a girl needs. Here they got me, a purebred Border Collie, and as soon as possible they bred me. Then a couple months after my pups are weaned they Dumped me! Lucky for me a rescue stepped up and took me in."

That poor dog. Look how skinny she is. Before I read the text I thought she was a pretty young puppy; I'm stunned to think that she's been bred. (And then dumped, yet!) She's got to be under a year old still.

wow poor thing. she's so beautiful. I hope someone will find her a good home. She deserves one. That makes me so mad that she was bred.

Some camera angles Spanky looks about that thin... however I wouldn't doubt that dog is actually that skinny.

Thats terrible What a sweet looking girl. She's so pretty, I'm sure she'll get adopted soon.

My dog was like that too, in some pictures she looked skinny.

With this dog it actually mentions in the Petfinder ad that she's skinny, though, so it's not just the camera.

"I'm pretty bald right now, and thin but I'm going to be drop dead gorgeous once I'm back in shape."

From what I read about this little girl on a BC board, she's in a good, safe rescue She looks much better, too. Her fur has grown out alot and her face shows she's more calm.

How sad. Just one more reason why we need better laws.

Um... howso? We've GOT laws against neglecting dogs. What we need is better enforcement of the existing laws!
