Default Entropion

So the Quiddiot has confirmed entropion in one eye. It is the lower lid only and does not appear to be severe. We are currently arranging for surgery for him. Has anyone gone through this? Was the recovery easy? How was the dog long term?

Bumping this because I'm almost positive there is somebody on this forum who had a dog with entropion... but I cannot for the life of me remember who... hopefully they will see it with a bump.

Had a foster dog with entropion in her upper lid. Super nasty. It corrected itself as she grew, no surgery necessary, but if it's something that's an existing condition in an older dog, I'd guess that something needs to be done to correct it.
