I don't have a smartphone and have found myself wanting one just for the camera and it seems silly to get one just for that. So I was thinking of looking into getting a compact camera that I could easily take with me anywhere. I take lots of pictures of my animals so I want something that takes good action shots and performs well in low light (I can't take any good pictures of my cats because we don't get much light in the house. They all come out grainy, unfocused, or dark/yellow). Not looking for anything much more than that, I just want good looking photos. I hate that people are getting better pictures with their phones than I am getting with a camera.
