How does your dog help you?

Hi there, was wondering how everyone's dog helps them? For eg, I have depression quite badly, and Bella always makes me feel happy and when I cuddle her I feel really happy! She gives back more than I could give her, I feel xxx

well i'm iron deficent. and yoshi's warm so she sleeps with me. and i'm lazy so i taught her how to open doors.

I cant stand to be alone at night...or alone anytime since we got roxy! She is the perfect dog in the sense that she follows me everywhere. even from room to room!!! i feel alot more safe as well walking with her at night time.
