WOW remind me to never go to Minot, ND. This is so ridiculous. I get seething mad everytime I see more bannings.

The city felt it needed to address concerns of residents about the type of dogs coming into town, Ness said. There have been incidents with threatening dogs, although no one has been bitten.

“It’s been a problem. We wanted to get it solved before anything did happen,†Ness said.

So no one has been bitten, but they are banning American Staffordshire terriers, rottweilers and Doberman pinschers (wolves and pitties are already banned here apparently) just in case? All righty then...........

So um, WHY aren't the 'threatening' dogs owners being hauled in and fined instead of punishing everyone in town? With NO grandfather clause no less :rolleyes:
