Im trying to get all my ducks in a row for our move this month and I decided that I would clean out the smoker for the move so that everyone who touches it doesnt get greasy. I pulled out all of the racks and leaned them against the wall. I came out to see Buckshot with a perfect grill pattern on one side and standard brindle pattern on the other. Im not sure which I like best I will either have to rub a greasy grill on his other side or give him a bath because this half and half looks silly.
