Tips is 2 months, and he's a maniac. He just loves taking all the toys one by one to the basket in Boris' crate (which is gone now since he peed/pooped on it). I guess it makes it handy to find the toys, but would it be a herding behavior? Or just some puppy weird habit?

We don't know what breed he is, but he's black and white and might have some border collie in him.

IMO, yes it is and I saw a picture of your little doggy and he looks like a herder to me ;)

I saw the little cutie's picture also and he looks like he might have a little bit of border collie in him. My "herder" is Tippy, whom you can see in my signature. She's never been much for toys though she does enjoy herding doves. Does Tips have fluffy hair behind his ears?

He's fluffy on them and a bit behind them, but not much more than on the rest of his body (although I can't really say as his hair is all messy as Boris drools on him 15 hours a day...)...
