dog not playing fatch

my dog is a lab/chow and will go after the ball two times and that it, but my G.S.D will go at it for hours. how do I get me dog to play fatch

Princess is that way. She will not play fetch. At first she sorta would, now forget it. Gracie wont have anything to do with it. Some of that could be the chow. Dont think they are much for playing fetch.

Get him excited about a toy and say FETCH! If he goes get it, praise him and give him a treat. Do this alot and soon, it'll be his favorite game!
