Hairless Chihuahua?

I'd guessed the dog is just mixed with something else. Maybe a Chihuahua X Chinese Crested?

From the pictures,& the provide information, I don't think it's Mange, Alopecia, or another illness that cause lose of hair. But, I'm no expert.

I was thinking this as well. She looks mixed with a Xolo to me.
