The week just gone was the first year anniversary of getting Bonnie from the rescue center. Her actual "anniversary day" wasn't the best day for celebrating - what with innoculation boosters falling due (making her a bit tired and groggy) although I've found a great new vet, who, seeing she was nervous and new, spent time playing with her on the floor of the surgery, giving her treats and petting her before giving the treatments! A special treat followed for Bonnie soon after - a long free run round a local lake near our new place, swimming out for sticks. Still not back on-line at home yet (posting this from a web cafe), I'll have a lot of catching up to do when I'm back on-line proper.
