Hi all!

I "surfed" by a few weeks ago and posted, but don't think it worked! I noticed I had to sign in again this time (don't remember doing this before??) so I must not have been signed in to post? I hope my post will show up this time! I've just been so swamped with LONG hours of work in the tax office... but we are finally counting down the days until April 15th!

Our rescue Rat Terrier, Holly turned 1 year old on Sunday... and wanted to share this picture of her!! We love this little girl SOOOO much... and are so grateful that she found her way to us! Even though I am pretty "mindless" by the time I get home during tax season, I find I do need something to do to unwind from my long days! I've been working on a dog rescue directory that I started over a year ago... and found that "pasting" in links as I do research, for can be pretty relaxing for the most part! I have a pretty good start... but still LOTS to do! By city & state it is much easier! I also found a new company for natural pet products, my link is: http://www.natures-paws.com and plan to do some fund-raising events for local rescues here. If wanted/needed, I would also love to work with rescues anywhere that are interested in doing fund-raisers! So... didn't mean to write a book... just haven't been here for a while... and sure do miss all of you!!! After April 15th you'll probably be very sick of me!

That's darling, Karen! I guess you've discovered a new strain of Terrier, the Potted Posy Pup.

How's little Lucy getting on?

(By the way, the reason you probably had to sign back on is that Chaz upgraded to another server, then he's had to tinker with the settings a bit.)

I'll be sooo happy to have you back after tax season. I've missed the Lucy and Holly stories! Terrier Tales!

Glad you enjoyed Holly's picture... and Lucy is doing just great (and part of the reason Holly loves being a "potted" dog sometimes!) Lucy, even blind can be SO demanding of Holly's attention... and has gotten to where she will actually chase her around the back yard FULL blast.... if she can get Holly to RUN... and that is not always what Holly has in mind! She loves to get up in the big flower pots and look around... since she knows Lucy will leave her alone while she is in her "flower pot look-out tower" until she is darn good and ready to get down and play again!

Sure do miss all of you... and SOOOOOO looking forward to checking in more often when I again have a just few extra minutes in my days!
