Dog friendly things to do in Florida

I'll be traveling with my dad, stepmom, brother plus Jackson and their 2 dogs in the RV to head to Florida for a week to visit my grandma who lives there.

We'll be in Leesburg, FL which is apparently like 30-40 mins away from Orlando. Any ideas on dog friendly things to do in the area? I thought we had a couple members that live in FL but I may be wrong... wondering if many of the beaches are dog-friendly etc!

We'll likely stop somewhere in SC on the way. Maybe NC depending on how far my dad wants to drive. We should be leaving Maryland on Sun Mar 29.

There are quite a few dog friendly beaches. We just went to Ft. Desoto last weekend. I think St. Augustine area has a dog friendly beach (We accidentally found it last year, lol) But unsure how far St. Augustine is from Leesburg. For us, it was about an hour and a half but we are north of Tampa.
