This is kind of funny actually. Grace, my Miniature Schnauzer, seems to get offended when I have to shave her tush. Obviously, I do it to avoid the dreaded Dingle Berries. I don't think it is my imagination- right now she is ignoring me & avoiding me & I am her favorite person. This usually will go on for about an hour after I groom her before she will again acknowledge me. She seems fine during the grooming until the dreaded tush shave. ( I am trying not to laugh ).
