at least Max the black and white dog was tied to the tree. That is because after he approached us and his neighbors and owner said
he doesnt' bite..(which he does and he did) I saw the sheriff driving up and I waved him over and said
this dog is loose almost every day. So for 2 days he has not, and he actually missed trash day for the first time in a month. Max is not happy with me. considering my neighbor once again threw rib bones off their deck, he knows not what a punctured belly he might have missed.
