Here are the ingredients:

Salmon, Salmon Meal, Menhaden Fish Meal, Peas, Potatoes, Canola Oil, Sweet Potatoes, Natural Flavor, Mixed Tocopherols (a source of Vitamin E)
I wouldn't feed cat food obviously, they have different nutritional requirements, but would it matter for treats? The ingredients look like something I would give them anyway, plus they're small since they're for cats, so they might be good for training. I like to have different treats on hand so they wouldn't be the only treats they get, either. They're just so cheap!

I use cat treats almost exclusively. They're smaller and stinkier, which makes them good for training. There was also a whole bunch on clearance at Petsmart a few weeks ago, so I stocked up ;)

I have used cat food as a training treat before, so I can't imagine a cat treat would be that bad.
