Is it possible? And by that I mean possible without compromising the health of the dog. One of our two weenies would absolutely adore it I think, I just don't want to risk injuring him. Obviously we would start pretty dang small and work very slowly up, but he is a straight tank. 15 pounds, solid, great muscle mass and built fairly well, considering breed and the fact that he is literally the results of god knows how many generations thrown together willy nilly. I can try to get a couple stacked photos of him tomorrow if that would help.

If it is ok that we go through with starting training, after we get a well fitted harness, any tips to getting him used to hearing something behind him? He is blind, the first one I've worked with, so just looking to bounce ideas back and forth :) thanks!

I read about a Chinese Crested who does UKC weight pull awhile ago, so, size wise, sure. I'm just not sure about a Dachshund's long back.
