I'm picking up a male, bicolor, GSD puppy from my friend's litter. He's going to be foundation trained here and then I'll decide to either keep him, or she's going to continue with him as her SchH prospect puppy. I get to name him and I need A names! Jason has difficulty pronouncing names with R's in it in most ways (his litter name is Auric, which I really like, Jason cannot pronounce).

well you wouldn't take my "mofo" suggestion, how about "asshole" ?

or Axel and if you must spell it differently Aksel

Adolf used to be good, but some guy ruined that one

Ahlf is a nicer version of Adolf

I really Like Auric, I'd make him practice saying it :)

oh, and I'm not sure he's going to be a bi-color

When he's off, he calls him Eric...one of my ex's names so it really throws me off! I also like it, it's still in the running. He likes Arrick too.

Oh? What color do you think he'll be?

Puppy!!! He is crazy adorable. Is this a puppy from your friend's Idaia x Figo litter?

Won't be any help as far as names go, my first thought was also "Asshole" :rofl1: I really do like Auric, though.

No suggestions, but I do like Axel... although I think I prefer the Aksel spelling, makes it more unique and it sounds like it'd be a good name for a male GSD. He's adorable!

Yes, he is. :) I'm being pretty picky on what I want this time around. I'm still on the list for Kastle's half-sibling with Rinus but Hetty has not come into heat yet. So, I'm going to see if I like this kind of dog (he'll be way different than Kastle), and if he doesn't suit me for competition, she wants him back but she doesn't really want a puppy right NOW. If I keep him, it's a win, if I don't, it's a win. I'm really happy with the whole set up :D On the other hand, I am currently working a Figo daughter at work and she is AWESOME. And I know the bitch personally and really like her too so :) :)

Aksel and Kastle are too close I think.

He could be, on second glance he might very well be. Has all the markings for it. But I see a bit more brown on his chest though and even a hint on his face. It could change a lot by the time he's an adult.

I'm horrible at guessing what they'll look like as adults, so i wouldn't care much about what I think :) But I'm guessing more of a Blanket than a true bi-color, but enough that most people won't know the difference. Not that it really matters anyway.
