Took the dogs caving

Tyler took pan and Teagan on a weekend caving adventure and they did amazing. I was a little worried on how they would handle the dark, but that was not even an issue. They both loved adventuring in the dark. Yah!!

Also it created two very tired dogs. Winning!!!

Anyone else taken their dogs caving??

Never even thought about it, but I don't think the caves in our area (the ones the public is invited to visit rather than 'wild' ones) allow dogs, although I'll admit I've never asked. I've seen a couple of caves at a nearby park but those were blocked off from the general public and only people with permits were allowed in. I'm too chicken to take myself into a 'wild' cave, much less the dogs, but I can see where they'd probably enjoy it with the cool temps.

So, what cave did they go to? Was it in a park? On someone's property? The couple of times I went on a cave tour, we were cautioned about touching the cave walls because they were still 'growing'. I guess that didn't matter with the dogs?
