What is your dog's favorite breed?

Fable has more of a type than a breed that she likes. Any kind of large working dog, preferably male and intact, but any will do. Think Bernese Mtn. Dogs, Kuvasz, Anatolian Shepherds, Malamutes, and Great Pyrs. She also gets along well with other herding dogs, but the large working breeds are her first love. And she loves little dogs and young puppies, but she treats them more like her babies than like other dogs.

She would prefer if she never had to see another Golden, Lab, or large doodle again. But Viszlas and GSP's are super fun to chase since they never stop running.

Quinn LOVES Kelpies, can spot one a mile off and goes stupid flirty at the sight of one. She met mountains at our old herding classes and she's very biased.
Closely followed by beagles and mini poodles.


She does not like BC's or GSP's.

Probably a small beagle or something like that. She does best with dogs who are smaller than she is and friendly without being hyper and up in her business. She also needs a dog that she can snark at without it snarking back. With that said, although she likes smaller dogs, she does better with hardier dogs since she likes to chase and tackle dogs when they run. I bet she'd enjoy a beagle because they're pretty rough and tumble, super easy going/friendly, smallish, and often more interested in the smells of the environment than in other dogs.
