Doberman mix, Ambulldog, and others *piccies*

Yep, time for more pics of the newest FOHA dogs!

First, D.O.G. (pronounced dee oh gee). We think he's a Doberman/Shar pei mix. I don't know of any other breed that has tiny ears like that, other than shar peis, do you?

His tiny ears make him look funny.


But he is SO photogenic!

Homer Jess, a darling bloodhound mix. He kept baying and whining because he wanted to meet the other dogs (we don't do that when they are first in though, we make sure they are healthy and let them settle in first).


He has interesting coloring.


New rottie girl, Karley. Very sweet dog. Seems to have been bred a few times.

And here is Markus, an ambull or ambull mix pulled from PG County MD animal shelter. He obviously has not had a good life before, but now he's in a wonderful foster home receiving the best of care. He is a very sweet dog, and should have no trouble being adopted after he has recovered.

He just looks so sad and pathetic.

Not pictured: A young black lab who was left tied to the post in FOHA's driveway last week. She was obviously used as a puppy machine, I guess she wore out her usefulness.
But the good news is that, due to her overwhelmingly sweet nature, she already has an application. But her prospective owners will have to wait until she is vetted and spayed, of course.

I love the dobe mix. But then Im a bit biased. LOL

Dobe/Pei looks about spot-on to me! He is quite handsome!

Good luck with them all getting good homes!
