How did she manage to get that "vicious dog" captured and chained by herself when TWO officers couldn't handle the dog with a catch pole? WTF? *scratches head*
In the first part of the video, which I think is the second link in this thread(?), the officer walks up to the chained dog, pets him, takes him with a regular leash and walks with him. Stops and pets him again along the way.
