Rider is pretty much banned from my inlaws. He's terrible about working and watching the chickens. His threshold is getting better, but he will not completely ignore them.
I've done a decent amount of impulse control with him and can manage him around the chickens, but it stresses me out because he will not just "be done". I'm constantly reminding him to down and chill. We will work them occasionally. I don't know if that helps or if it makes it worse.
Is it possible? I'm working hard with Tulsa to make sure she can settle around stock, but I never got to do that from the start with Rider.
