Woo hoo I finally got my trailer done! After hurting myself pretty bad and the first hitch failing I finally got it done.

Here are some pics of it.

The rear view.

Now this board that the arow is pointing at is my old trailer with the wheels and sides removed.

As you can see by looking at that board this trailer is 6 times bigger than my old one and for some reason it is easyer to pull. Probably because of the better wheels. Please tell me what you think about this trailer and ask questions if you want.

It looks great. Sounds like you put a lot of work into it. Great job!

This wierd mesh type of screen welded on to a sqare tubing frame. Then I just welded two front forks on the back of the frame and bolted the old trailer on to it.

Well when I made the frame I was useing a much better welder so the frame only took about and hour. (I made it about a year ago in a atemp of a trailer that dident work) Now I was useing a kinda crappy welder so it took longer. To bolt the old trailer on to the new one and weld on the front forks took about two hours.

Yeah The First was stabbing myself with the power too and th second was when I had the trailer with my first attempt at the hitch hooked up to my tall bike. The hitch broke and the tall bike fell over taking me down with it. You know about the power tool stabbing don't you?

I remember you saying something about an injury, but I forgot the specifics.

I was cutting the wheel holes into the mesh part with a sazall and the blade slipped out from where I was cutting and into my left leg it went. And yes I did go to the doctor today and it is fine right now but hurts. LOL
